A farewell message from our chairman PETE CRIPPEN:

As I step down as chairperson of the SAL, I would like to express my appreciation to the entire SAL community and many of the fine athletes and parents I have had the pleasure of dealing with over 19 years of association with the SAL. The SAL, I believe, provides a wonderful opportunity for a young athlete to excel while keeping team and individual values in perspective. I have had experience with other youth organizations and I believe we have one of the finest. I know the SAL will continue at the same level of success under our new chairperson, Roberta Lichter, from SWAC and CBAC. It was great to see others step up last evening at the SAL meeting and take new positions of leadership as division reps. It is great to see many of our young athletes move on and swim at the high school, college, national and international level. As I said last evening swimming and the SAL has provided my family many opportunities, and I am truly thankful to everyone.

And now we at SAL would like to extend a nice new welcome to our new chairperson ROBERTA LICHTER!  We've had the pleasure or working with Roberta these past few years in her position as Aquatics Director for both Central Bucks Schools, SWAC and CBAC and as the North Division Rep.  Welcome Roberta!
