Tuesday, January 30 at 5:00 PM. Include a print out in word of the entries by name and by event.

2. Please use the attached file for your team manager entries.

Meet Worker Assignments

Each team will be responsible for filling their assigned positions for the entire meet. Please be sure that they are qualified to serve in their assigned duties.

Stroke & Turn: CAC & PAC (Medley Relay, Free, Back, Breast)

CORE & LMSD (Fly, Free, IM, Free Relay)

Runner (1 each team): CORE & LMSD (Medley Relay, Free, Back, Breast)

Timers: Each club is responsible for 3 timers per lane.

Please bring your own watches.

General Information

1. Coaches will be responsible for getting all relays to the appropriate lane and ready to swim on time. There will be no ready area/bench. There will be volunteers directing the swimmers to the appropriate lanes and heats.

2. For individual events, swimmers will be lined up behind the blocks. Please send up your swimmers six heats ahead so that they may be directed to the appropriate lane and heat.

3. Awards may only be picked up by the coaches at the end of the meet.

4. Results will be e-mailed to coaches after the meet.

5. Only swimmers and officials will be permitted on the pool deck.

6. Programs, concessions, and swim apparel will be sold during the meet.
