2008 Trick or Treat Swim Meet

 

 

Location:        Plymouth Whitemarsh High School

Date:               Saturday, October 27, 2008

 

1st Session:     Warm-Up 7:15AM – 7:45AM             Meet Start:       8:00AM

Participants:   Boys 8U, 9-10, 11-12 and Girls 8U, 9-10

 

2nd Session:    Warm-up 12:15PM – 12:45PM                       Meet Start:       1:00PM

Participants:    Boys 13-14, 15+ and Girls 11-12, 13-14, 15+

 

Note:               These times may change due to the number of swimmers registered. We will notify each club once the lineups are submitted to Doug Hargrove. Please submit your events no later than October 22 using Meet Manager/Team Manager. PWAC reserves the right to limit the number of entries and/or alter the warm up and start times to insure a quality meet.

Warm-Ups:     Lanes to be decided once lineups are submitted

 

Payment:         All swimmers should register at: www.pwaquatic.org website and make the $4/event payment. 

 

Volunteers

  • Each Club is asked to provide (3) volunteers per session.
  • Each Club is asked to have 1 person designated as a Clerk of Course, especially for the morning session.
  • We also will need some S/T officials from participating clubs

 

Awards:

Medals:            1st to 3rd places plus prizes for all heat winners

Notice to USS Swimmers: This meet has received accepted status by Middle Atlantic Swimming. Times from this meet may be used to enter sanctioned Middle Atlantic Swimming Meets only.
